How to Enjoy Learning Languages!!

Enjoy Language!!

In order to gain some skills, then we should ENJOY doing it. We can both ENJOY doing and gaining new skills. It is a win-win !!  This ENJOY concept can be applied to learning our wondering language, too.

How to ENJOY using our wondering language? There are many activities that we can ENJOY doing and learning our wondering language at the same time. Activities are such as singing songs, watching movies, playing games, listening to music, surfing on the internet. There are 3 steps as follows:

1. Think about our favorite activities or hobbies. For example, I like to sing songs, and listen to music.

2. Apply our favorite activities or hobbies to our wondering language. For example, I like to listen English, Portuguese and Korean songs. So I try to sing those songs in those languages. By reading lyrics out loud and trying to translate those songs. I both gain many new VOCABULARIES and improve my reading, speaking, and listening skills

3. ENJOY and Have Fun!!

ENJOYMENT can help us improve our wondering language skills. By doing our favorite activities and hobbies in our wondering language, we can improve many skills.

A simple question  : What are your favorite hobbies?

Think in Language

Think in Language

As we are native to our language, we do not THINK much about grammars but we still can use the language  naturally. Even the grammar is wrong, we still able to communicate our thoughts to others. The question is How can we use our wondering language naturally? Let's find out.

In order to use our wondering languages  naturally, we can use the concept of Habit. Habit makes us feel familiar with our wondering languages. To be able to speak it naturally, we must THINK in our wondering languages. How will we THINK in our wondering languages? Let's try to CREATE and TRANSLATE sentences from our native language into wondering languages in everyday's activities!! The trick is we should use vocabularies that we already know to CREATE and TRANSLATE sentences. For example, while I am writing this post, I don't THINK  in Thai but I THINK in English. It takes lots of efforts since we don't know many vocabularies and we are not used to it. Don't Give Up, Give time to it. It is worth!!  If we do it regularly, this THINKING process becomes a Habit.

Once we used to our wondering language, we will be amazed that why we are able CREATE, TRANSLATE and SPEAK sentences in our wondering languages more naturally without using much effort as we did when we first started learning!! Speak what we THINK is the key to Sense our wondering languages!!

A simple question : What are you THINKING right now?

Vocabulary

Vocabulary

"Hello", "Thank You", "Sorry", "I am hungry!!". These are some of starting vocabularies that we all should sense when we want to learn our wondering language. In our wondering language, there are tons of words that we should know before constructing sentences.

How to discover those tons of vocabularies? Go out to the world and discover your new vocabularies!! Vocabularies are EVERYWHERE!! and we since use them EVERYDAY!! They are EVERYTHING that we use, we speak, we read, we write, we listen, we eat, or what we are reading now. They are all vocabularies!! "Computer", "Internet", or even "Vocabulary" itself is called VOCABULARY.

When I started to study my wondering language, Both offline and online dictionaries are my teachers. I discover basic vocabularies everywhere I go. For example, when I take a bus, I think, "What is Bus called in my wondering language?" I search them in dictionaries then I try to create sentences with the new words. It is fun to discover new words and try out new sentences everyday. I enjoy doing it everyday and everywhere I go. Without me knowing, it becomes my habit. This habit upgrades my language learning ability. I can now finally sense my wondering language.

A simple question, How many vocabularies have you discovered today?
